Taqleed
Gaibat-e-Imame Zamana ke daur me awaam ko deen
ke ahkaam ko uske haqiqi surat me pahuchane ke liye samaj me se kuch logo ko
khas taur par deeni ilm hasil kar ke us maqam par pahuchna zaruri hai jaha par
wo Quraan aur Hadis me research kar ke zindagi me pesh aane wale masael ko logo
ke saamne pesh kare taaki log in ahkamaat par amal karete hue apni zindagi
basar kare aur kamiyaabi tak pahuche.
Asl me dekha jaae to har insan ke liye zaruri
hai ki wo itna ilm hasil kare jisse ki wo apni zindagi me pesh aane wale masael
ko Quraan aur Hadis ki roshni me hal kar sake. Lekin haqiqat ki nazro se dekha
jaae to ye kisi aam insan ke liye mushkil marhala hai ki wo apne zindagi ke
umoor bhi anjaam de aur deen ka daqeeq ilm bhi hasil kare. Isliye behtar surat
samaj ke logo ke liye yeh hai ki kuch log deen ka ilm hasil karne ke liye jaddo
jahad kare aur Mujtahid bane taaki awaam ahkamaat me in Mujtahedin ko follow
kare ya unki taqleed kare.
Mujtahid ki taqleed har baligh insaan par farz
hai jisse wo haqiqi deen par amal kar sake aur khud ke hisaab se amal na kare.
Shiat ko aaj tak haqqaniyat par baki rakhne me marjaiyat aur ijtihad ka bahot
bada haat hai.
Wilayat-e-Faqih
Iran me islami inqelaab aane ke baad Imam
Khomeni (ar) ki leadership me Iran me ek Islami nizaam nafiz kiya jise “Wilayat-e-Faqih”
ke naam se tabir kiya gaya. Is nizaam me Allah (swt) ke batae hue tamam qanun
ko ek nizam ki surat me society me nafiz kiya gaya jiski rehnumai ek Faqih aur
Mujtahid ke zimme di gai. Is liye is nizaam ko Wilayat-e-Faqih bulaya jaata
jiska matlab hota hai ki Fiqh ki Wilayat.
Is nizaam me samaj ka har faisla faqih ki
rehnumai me liya jata hai jo Quraan aur Hadis ki roshni me hota hai. Faqih ko
apni zaati rae aur soch ko is nizaam me laane ki ijazat nahi hoti isliye ek
aadil aur aaqil faqih ka hona bahot zaruri hai.
Iske sath hi system ki nigrani
karne ke liye buzurg olema ki ek team jise “Majlis-e-Khubragan” kaha jaata hai.
Is olema ki jamat ka kaam hai ki Wali-e-Faqih aur system ke kaam ki checking
karte rahe aur agar koi faisla / hukm deen se alag dikhai de to use durust
karne ke liye sahi qadam uthae. Isi olema ki jamat ko ye haq hasil hota hai ki
agar Walie Faqih me koi nuqs ya kharabi dikhai de jisse system / deen ko khatra
ho to use protocol ke hisab se mazul bhi kar sakte hai.
Wilayat-e-Faqih ko nafiz karne ke liye sabse
pehla marhala hai ki us jagah ki awaam apne ilaaqe me nizame Wilayat laagu
karna chahti ho. Inqelaabe Iran ki kamiyaabi ke baad Imam Khomeini (ar) ne
sabse pehle referendum karaya tha jisme 90% se zyada logo ne Islami nizaam ke
haq me vote diya tha aur uske baad Iran me Wilayat-e-Faqih ka system nafiz hua
tha.
Is nizaam ki sabse badi khubi yeh hai ki isme
Allah ke batae hue qanun ke tahat faisle liye jaate hai jisse insan aur samaj ki
progress bahot tezi se hoti hai, samaj me gunah kam aur nekiya zyada hoti hai
aur deeni aur duniyavi lehaaz se mard aur khawateen khususan jawano ko aage
badhne ke liye bahot tezi milti hai.
Taqleed aur Wilayt-e-faqih me taqabul
Kuch log Taqleed aur Wilayat-e-Faqih me
comparison kar ke in do azeem nemato ke haq me khayanat karte hai. Yeh dono
nizaam ummat ke liye bahot zaruri hai isliye hum dekhege ki Jamhuriye Islami
Iran me Jaame Mudarrisin ne Marajeen ki ek fehrist jaari kari hai jin me se
kisi ek ki taqleed karne ke liye awaam ko nasihat ki gai hai aur saath hi waha
par Ayatullah Khamenei ki shakl me Wilayat-e-Faqih bhi maujood hai.
Taqleed aur Wilayat-e-Faqih ghaibat ke zamane
me ek zarurat hai jo ki zahure Imame Zaman (atfs) ke baad Imam-e-Asr (a) ke
supurd kar diye jaege. In dono systems me taqabul ek ghair zaruri amal hai aur
asia karne se samaj ko nuksan pahuchne ka khatra hai.
